DELIVERY & RETURNS

For security purposes all our deliveries require a signature. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, then your order will be sent back to the depot and a card posted through your door with instructions on how to have your order re-delivered. 


UK STANDARD DELIVERY

For UK customers only.

Delivery to UK addresses are £2.99 with our Standard Delivery (2-4 Days) via Royal Mail.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £50.00

Cut off time 3pm for same day despatch

(Otherwise orders will be despatched next working day)

Orders placed Friday (after 3pm), Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday (except Bank Holiday Monday).

Orders should arrive within two to three days.

 

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

For UK customers only.

Cost £4.50 or FREE on orders over £75.00

Cut off time 3pm for same day despatch

*Please note that orders placed from the Highlands with Next Working Delivery are usually received within 2 days.


EUROPEAN SHIPPING

Our charge for European Delivery is calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout (Monday-Friday) - if the cumulative value of your items is below £99.

Orders over £99 are entitled to FREE European Delivery.

It can take up to 12 working days for your item(s) to be delivered.  Please check the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch prior to contacting our customer services team.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our standard charge for International Delivery is calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout - if the cumulative value of the order is £99 or below.

Orders over £99 are entitled to FREE International Delivery.

It can take up to 12 working days for your item to be delivered.  Please check the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch prior to contacting our customer services team.

Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

 

RETURNS

Not happy with your order?

You can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund.  All item(s) will be inspected upon return and a refund issued only if we believe the item to be in a saleable condition.  Any item(s) deemed to have been worn will not be refunded.

*Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. An exchange or credit note will be given and no cash refund will be offered on Sale items.

 

How do I make a return?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at online@cutielondon.com with your order number and we will happily process your refund. Please note, the following terms apply. 

When returning items you will be required to pay for the postage.  You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and therefore use Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A refund will be issued if the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and if all information referred to above is received. The method of payment used to process your order will be refunded with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, you will be contacted by a member of staff.
